Anne-Marie Carmoy

Passed away peacefully at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital on Friday, June 26, 2026, Anne-Marie Carmoy of Iroquois, age 87.  Beloved wife of the late Jean Vande Wiele.  Loving mother of Rev. Valerie Vande Wiele of Peterborough.  Anne-Marie is survived by her Godson Guy Carmoy (Annette) of Gilly, Belgium, her sisters-in-law Jacqueline Vande Wiele of Souvret, Belgium and Odette Vande Wiele (Jean DeBeule) of Chapelle, Belgium and several nieces and nephews in Belgium.  She was predeceased by her parents Fernand and Yvonne Carmoy (nee Finet) and her brother Jean Carmoy (Arlette).  Anne-Marie is now in God's presence where there is no pain, no hatred, no sorrow, no tears for eternity. She is in peace.

Funeral Arrangements

A Memorial Service will be held at Ėglise Unie Pinguet, 564 Chemin Pinguet, Saint-Damase-de-l'Islet, Quebec, on Friday, July 10th at 2 p.m.  Donations to Greenwood United Church, 737 Donwood Drive, Peterborough, Ontario, K9L 1G3 would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
