Carol Grandame

September 11, 1941 -November 1, 2025

Carol Grandame passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital on Saturday, November 1st, 2025, age 84.  Beloved wife of Melvyn Grandame.  Loving Mother of Robyn Murray and Joanne Grandame.  Dear Sister of Donna Gemmill and Debra Ann McBride.  Carol will be sadly missed by her grand children Sydney Spyk, Alex Fraser, Christine Rose and Andrew Treganowan.  Carol dearly treasured all of her friends.
