Daniel Duckworth

Passed away suddenly at the Ottawa Heart Institute on Monday, March 17, 2025, Dan Duckworth of Chesterville, age 59.  Beloved son of Carol Barwell (late Neil) of Chesterville and John Duckworth (Gail) of Erin. Dan will be fondly remembered by, his sister Donna Duckworth (Bill Crook) of Manotick, his brother Scott Duckworth (Andrea) of Almonte, his daughter Hailey Duckworth (Adam) of Montreal. A loving uncle to Shaun Crook (Kristen), Lauren Crook (Erica), Jacob and Logan. Dan will be missed by so many wonderful neighbors and friends.

Funeral Arrangements

A private family Celebration of Dan's life will be held at a later date.  Donations to Winchester Hospital would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
