Donna Marie Wood

Peacefully after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer, on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, with her loving family by her side.  Donna Wood (nee Francois) of Cardinal at the age of 79.  Dearly beloved wife of Les Wood. Beloved mother of Todd and his wife Maxine and Sherry and her husband Dale Cavanagh. Loving grandmother of John. Willow, Cameran and Ethan. Dear sister of Ron (Cathy), Sandra Jackson, Bryne (Annie), Yvonne (Butch) Stevenson, Bonnie Willis (Graham Hodge), Roger (Susan), Dora (Brian) Jordan Cora (Steve) Kinch. Predeceased by her brother Mark and an infant sister. Sadly, missed by her many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Arrangements

A private family service will take place at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Cardinal. A Celebration of Life will be held at the R.C.L. Cardinal on Saturday, October 21 from 1-4pm. Donation to the Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged  by the family.
