Edson Francis Skuce

Passed away peacefully at the Ottawa Civic Hospital on Friday, October 24, 2025, Edson Skuce of Ottawa, age 81.  Loving husband of Joling Wu.  He is survived by his daughter Shawna and his granddaughter Lexus. Dear brother of Margaret Jones (late Bill) of Ottawa, Erwin Skuce (Betty) of Winchester, Shelva Johnston of Ottawa and Lyle Skuce (Karen) of Spencerville.  Dear brother-in-law of Gail Skuce.  He was predeceased by his parents Edward and Sybil Skuce (nee Brown) and his brother Gordon Skuce.  He will be fondly remembered by nieces and nephews.

Funeral Arrangements

A Celebration of Edson's life will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025, from 1-4 p.m. at the Mountain Township Agricultural Hall, 2967 Lough Road, South Mountain.  Inurnment will be at Springhill Cemetery in Vernon.  Donations to the Ottawa Civic Hospital would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
