Ellen Volder (Jensen) Scott

Our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away peacefully at Southbridge Kemptville on April 12, 2025, at the age of 91. Cherished mother of Annette Jensen (Jocelyn), Chris Jensen (Martina), and Almaz Belay. Mormor and Farmor to her treasured grandchildren Paul Kozmin (Christina), David Jensen, Connor Jensen, and Jacob Belay. Well-loved by her great-grandchildren Titus, Noah, Adalynn and Kinsley Kozmin and Ava Jensen. She also leaves to grieve her sister-in-law, nieces and nephews and other family and friends in Denmark, Canada and the United States.
The family would like to thank Dr. Burke, all the nursing & PSW staff at Bayshore, Russell Meadows and Southbridge, and Pastor Moses Prashad for their great kindness.

Funeral Arrangements

A Celebration of Life was held at the South Dundas Lutheran Community Church in Williamsburg on Monday, April 14th at  2:30 p.m. A private graveside service will take place at Bouck's Hill cemetery at a later date. Donations to the Winchester Community Foodshare, 497 May Street, Winchester, ON K0C 2K0 would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
