Joan Mary Ann Toupin

Peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, on Sunday, August 2, 2026. Joan Toupin (nee Woodward) of Cardinal, at the age of 78 years. Beloved wife of the late Gerald Toupin. Loving mother of Brenda Toupin of Cardinal and Mark Toupin (Amanda) of Prescott. Dear sister of Linda Lloyd of Cardinal, Shirley Woodward of Cardinal, Kathy Grant of Governor NY, and Stanley (Kathleen) Woodward of Cardinal. Predeceased by her parents Arnold and Joan Woodward, her sister Rosemary Logan, her brother Arnie Woodward and her grandson Dustin King. Sadly, missed by her grandchildren Daniel King, Devon Knapp, Brett, Matthew, and Sierra Toupin and by her great grandchildren A-drean, Emma Lee King, Felix, Chloe and Jacob Toupin. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Arrangements

Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Cardinal on Saturday, August 15 at 11am. A reception will follow at Sacred Heart Parish Hall following the interment at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
