Lynn Rosychuk

Passed away peacefully at the Ottawa General Hospital following a courageous battle with cancer on Thursday, May 7, 2026, Lynn Rosychuk of Cardinal, age 67.  Companion of Barry Stitt.  Loving mother of Zach Stitt of Cardinal and Lucas Stitt (Carley) of Iroquois.  Loving Baba Lynn of Ella and Noah.  Dear sister of Lana Rosychuk-Parsons (Ted Parsons) and Lea-Ann Rosychuk (Brian Crawford), both of Edmonton.  Daughter-in-law of Mary Stitt (late Jake) of Cardinal.  Sister-in-law of Darren Stitt of Cardinal.  Aunt of Mike Fewchuk, Shaun Parsons, Adam Parsons, Christina Tangermann, Colton Stitt, Bradley Stitt, Brendon Stitt and great-aunt of 13 great-nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her parents Peter and Merle Shirley Rosychuk (nee Wensel) and her brother-in-law Rodney Stitt.

Funeral Arrangements

Friends may call at the Marsden McLaughlin Funeral Home in Cardinal on Monday, May 18th from noon until time of the memorial service at 1 p.m. A reception will follow at the Royal Canadian Legion in Cardinal.  Donations to the Dundas County Hospice would be appreciated by the family.  If you are making your donation online or by cheque directly to the charity, please include the following note with your gift "please notify the family".  Online condolences may be made at marsdenmclaughlin.com.
