Norman Charles Gaylord

Peacefully at the Ottawa Civic Campus, on Monday, October 13, 2025. Norm Gaylord of Cardinal at the age of 89. Dearly beloved husband of 65 years to Margaret Ann Gaylord (nee McLaughlin). Loving father of Amy Preston (Mike), Patty Gaylord and Ted Gaylord. Dear brother of Bob (Ruth), Willard (Bonnie) and Fred Gaylord. Predeceased by his parents Charles and Isabel Gaylord (nee Lyman) and by his brother John Gaylord (Marie). Sadly, missed by his grandchildren; Spencer (Annie), Jessalyn (Martin), Andrea (Kyle), Mack (Christine), Alli, Gabe, Brynne, and great grandchildren; Kylar, Eloise, Arthur, and Finnley. Also survive by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Arrangements

At Norm's request there will be no visitation or funeral service. A private family service will be held at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Cardinal at a later date.  Donations to Friends of the Cardinal Library would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
