Paula Jean Tozer

Peacefully at the Kingston Health Science Centre, on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, with her sons at her side. Paula Tozer (nee Dugan) of Prescott at the age of 61. Beloved wife of the late Steve Tozer. Loving mother of Jason (Chelsea) Witteveen and Jordan Witteveen. Cherished nanny of Carter (Addi), Sylas, Mayson, and Autumn and Great Nanny of Buckley. Dear sister of Laura (Kevin) VanCamp and John Dugan (Sheila). Predeceased by her parents John and Katherine Dugan (nee Blair), and her sister Cindy Dugan. Paula will be fondly remembered by her many unofficially adopted  sons over the years that all called her mom.

Funeral Arrangements

A celebration of life will be held at the R.C.L. Branch 105 in Cardinal on Saturday, November 22 from 1-3pm. Donations the Kingston Health Science Centre would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.  If you are making your donation online or by cheque directly to the charity, please include the following note with your gift "please notify the family."
