Peter Stanley Gazey

Peacefully at the Orchard View Retirement Home in Almonte on Saturday, May 31, 2025. Peter Gazey, formerly of Cardinal at the age of 94. Dearly beloved husband of the late Eleanor Gazey (nee Olsen). Loving father of John and his wife Cathy of Toronto and Margot and her husband Jean Paul Gaudreau of Almonte. Cherished grandfather of Matthew (Cassandra), Nathan, Sarah (Ryan) and great grandfather of Quinton, Jaden, Hudson, and Brooklynn. Survived by his sister Rosemary and her husband Douglas Shaw of the UK. Predeceased by his brother Donald and by his sister Christine Parish. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Arrangements

A celebration of life will take place at St. John's United Church in Cardinal on Wednesday, June 18, at 11am followed by a reception in the church hall. Donations to the CNIB would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
