Rhea Marguerite Cooper

Its with great sadness and heart ache we announce to family and friends that Mom has finally gone to join the love of her life her late husband Lyle Cooper on Sunday, March 19, 2023. Rhea Cooper (nee Kingston) formerly of Cardinal at the age of 88. Rhea was the third daughter of the late Delbert and Helen Kingston of Ventnor.  Rhea is predeceased by her sisters Betty (Bob), Audrey (Bill) and her brother Bill (Elaine).  Rhea will be sadly missed by her children Debbie (Charlie) and Gary (Nicole), her grandchildren Sherry (Rob), Donna, Kelly and Ralph, four great-grandchildren Alyssa, Charlie, Everett and Lyle and her 2 brothers Richard (Ros) and Jim (Bev). Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.  Rhea enjoyed quilting, gardening, cooking, and singing.  She especially enjoyed playing and teaching her grandchildren to cook.

Funeral Arrangements

A celebration of life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Cardinal on Friday, April 14, from 1-4pm.  Donations to the Mapleview Lodge in Athens would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
