Robert "Bob" Schonauer

Peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, March 12, 2025. Bob Schonauer of Spencerville at the age of 73. Dearly beloved husband of Noreen Schonauer (nee Adrain). Loving father of Suzanne (Jeff Brydges) and Julie (Andrew Beatty). Cherished grandfather of Cadence Brydges, Conner, Abby and Jacob Beatty. Dear brother of Marg (Deb), Deloris , Delmar (Linda), Karen (Maurice) and by his sisters-in-law Joanne and Nancy. Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Martina Schonauer and by his brothers Jim and Doug. Also survived by the Adrain family; Harry (Eleanor), Betty (Ross), Anne and Janice, Edna, Betty, Irene, Debbie and Connie as well as many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Arrangements

Friends may call at the Marsden McLaughlin Funeral Home in Cardinal, on Monday, March 24, from 9am until 12 noon. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Laurence O'Toole R.C. Church in Spencerville at 1pm followed by a reception at the Drummond Building. Donations to the Diabetes Assoc. The Food Bank or the Kemptville Hospital would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
