Rodney Fluke

Unexpectedly at the Ottawa Civic Hospital on Saturday, January 21, 2023, Rodney Fluke of Winchester, age 69. Loving husband for over 50 years of his childhood sweetheart Michelle Broad. Loving father of Cory Fluke (Cheryl) of Williamsburg and Cole Fluke (Lisa) of Winchester. Cherished Papa to his grandchildren Cody, Connor and Liam. Beloved son of Lois Fluke of Marmora and the late Otis Fluke. Dear brother of Gail Deslauriers (Jules) of Kapuskasing, Dawn Fluke of Stirling and David Fluke of Marmora. Dear son-in-law of Ken and Diana Broad of Morrisburg. Dear brother-in-law of Connie Spencer (Bill) of Brockville, Brenda Hagerman (Lorne) of Campbellford, Jeffrey Broad (Darlene) of Kingston and Jason Broad (Shelley) of Morrisburg. He will also be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Rod was a dedicated family man and he was happiest when he was hunting with the boys or 4 wheeling at the camp. He coached and refereed hockey in Winchester in the 1980's. Rod delivered milk for Cochranes Dairy in Ottawa for many years and following his retirement he drove dump truck for Pomerleau and Robert Marrion.

Funeral Arrangements

A Celebration of Rod's life will be held at a later date. Donations to Winchester Hospital would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
