Ronald Laplante

Passed away peacefully at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital on Saturday, January 25, 2025, Ron Laplante of Chesterville, age 85.  Loving husband of Marilyn Laplante (nee Merkley).  Loving father of Deborah Adams of Hamilton, Greg Laplante (Melody) of South Carolina and Todd Laplante (Cheryl) of Moose Creek.  Dear brother of Veronica Ferris (late Jack) of Toronto.  Ron will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren Collin (Kaila), Lindsay (Matt), Brent (Kristen), Darryl (Kelly) Abigail, Candice and several great-grandchildren.   He was predeceased by his parents Wallace and Lucille Laplante (nee Cadieux), his sister Shirley Laplante and his grandson Shane Laplante.  He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Funeral Arrangements
