Sheryl Elaine Merkley

Peacefully at home on Tuesday, May 2, with her family by her side. Sheryl Merkley (nee Sharky) of Chesterville at the age of 72. Beloved wife of the late Dwayne Merkley. Cherished mother of Karey (Daren) Nurse, Kris (Candice)), and Kent (Cindy) all of Chesterville and Kraig Merkley. Fondly remembered by her nine grandchildren; Amanda, Devin, Travis, Montana, Jackson, Tyson, Jasmine, Kolton and Ty and by her six great grandchildren; Max, Vayda, Seren, Paytin, TJ, and Desmin. Loved sister of Alan (Joyce) of Burlington, Sandra (Barry) of Chesterville, John (Leslie) of Blackburn Hamlet, Michael (Debbie) of Chesterville, Michelle (Ron) of Chesterville. Daughter of Dorothy Sharkey and the late Thomas Sharkey.

Funeral Arrangements

A private graveside service for family only will be held the Maple Ridge Cemetery on Saturday, May 13 at 10am. Donations to the Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
