Tracy Abigail Billings

Peacefully at the Winchester and District Memorial Hospital, on Monday, July 21, 2025. Tracy Billings of Winchester at the age of 55.  Dearly beloved mother of Ashley Wheeler and mum to Crystal Harris. Dear sister of Glenn, Doris, Ron, and Brent. Predeceased by her parents Henry "Hank" and Dorothy Billings, her brother Roger and special friend Ray Wheeler. She is nana to Jassy (Damien), Raivyn, Tyson, and Marty, and great nana to Easton, Everest and Zendaya. Fondly remembered by many siblings-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral Arrangements
