Virginia Lee "Ginny" Rylands

Passed away peacefully at the St. Lawrence Lodge in Brockville on Saturday, May 30, 2026. Ginny Rylands (nee Milligan) of Cardinal, at the age of 85. Dearly beloved wife of the late Jack Rylands. Loving mother of Michael and his wife Heidi and Mark and his wife Debbie, all of Cardinal.  Cherished Grammie of Erin, Claire, Nick, Haley and Nate. She was predeceased by her parents David and Bertha Milligan (nee Duffy) and her brother Fred Milligan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Funeral Arrangements

Friends may call at the Marsden McLaughlin Funeral Home in Cardinal on Thursday June 4th from 11 a.m. until time of the memorial service at       1 p.m. A reception will follow at the Royal Canadian Legion in Cardinal.  Donations to the St. Lawrence Lodge or the Alzheimer's Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
